Delete the files on the flash drive and extract everything from "ghostusb" onto the flash drive and see if that works. If you need to try the second one, do the same thing.
Ghost exe download driver#
If your unable to access your USB drive, then try the second file, it has the DOS usb driver that ghost 32 used in the boot disk builder. That's because a computer that boots to USB should initialize the USB ports for it to be able to boot. It should load a mouse driver and then start ghost.ĭOS and ghost 2003 have very limited USB support, however it is my experience that 'usually' if you boot dos from a flash drive you are then able to access a USB drive that has your image file.
Ghost exe download zip file#
Then extract the zip file "ghost" onto the flash drive and try booting the non-working system with it. (delete them don't format it or anything). They have all the files you need, take your flash drive and delete the files that are on there. It's to my skydrive where I put 2 zip files for you, one called ghost and one called ghostusb. I'm going to send you a link in a few minutes through a private message.
We don't need those files anyway, the important thing was formatting the flash drive and setting the boot sector to boot DOS. But that's OK because that tool only copied the DOS files and not everything on the boot disk. I got your message about the errors when booting the flash drive.
